Hi, my name is Lindsay and I am passionate about creating beautiful, thoughtful, and delicious wedding cakes. With years of experience in the wedding industry I always find bringing a couple’s dream wedding cake to life to be so fulfilling. Starting from the first connecting message I am ready to assist in navigating the process of creating a truly memorable piece of their special day.

After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America I worked at renowned pastry boutiques building a foundation of incredible, flavorful recipes. Following eight years of creating cakes for prestigious NYC hotels and clubs I realized I’m most inspired working directly with each couple, using my experience to deliver the cake envisioned.
